gravies, the Swanson family has the right background to manufacture and market the
gluten-free products from Full Flavor Foods! While serving as regional and national sales
managers in the food service industry we saw the need for a delicious, high quality,
gluten-free line.
Anne Swanson owned a national mail order company offering premium soups, sauces and
gravies. She discovered her intolerance to wheat years before celiac disease was well known
or recognized by most of the medical profession. Then oldest son, Mark, began selling
gluten-free products and the business expanded with an improved variety of choices.
We are spearheaded by an eminently qualified director of food technology with national
recognition and honors.
